Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 ounce lemon juice
2 ounces black rum 
Blueberries as garnish

Black Sesame Syrup Ingredients:
1 cup Ocean Spray® 100% Juice Cranberry Blueberry Blackberry
1 cup raw granulated sugar
1/2 cup black sesame seeds

Add all syrup ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 3 minutes.  Pour into saucepan over medium heat until mixture reaches a nice simmer.  Remove from heat.  Allow to cool and transfer to a small bottle. 

Measure ¾ ounce of black sesame syrup and add to cocktail shaker full of ice.  Add remaining ingredients.  Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with three blueberries.


Cocktail Ingredients:
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce American gin
1 ounce Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 ½ ounces club soda
Craisins® Dried Cranberries as garnish

Pear Syrup Ingredients:
4 sliced pears
3 tablespoons raw granulated sugar
1 cinnamon stick 

To make syrup, use a juicer to juice sliced pears.  Add pear juice and 3 tablespoons of raw granulated sugar to a saucepan over medium heat.  Stir until sugar dissolves.  Add cinnamon stick and lightly simmer for 5 minutes.  Remove from heat.  Allow to cool and transfer to a small bottle.   

Measure ½ ounce of pear syrup and combine with all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake and strain into champagne flute. Top with cranberry juice cocktail and club soda.  Garnish by floating 5 Craisins® Dried Cranberries in glass. 


Cocktail Ingredients:
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce egg white
2 ounces rye whiskey 
1.5 ounces of Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail
Fresh cranberries

Brown Sugar Turkey Syrup Ingredients:
1 cup turkey broth 
2 cups brown sugar

To make syrup, add turkey broth and brown sugar to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 7 minutes or until thickened.  Allow to cool and transfer to a small bottle. 

Measure ¾ ounce of turkey syrup and combine all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice).  Add ice and shake again.  Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Using the back of a spoon, gently top with 1 ½ ounces of Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail.  Garnish with fresh cranberries.


Cocktail Ingredients:
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce Ocean Spray® Cran-Pineapple™ Juice Drink
2 ounces blanco tequila 
Peychauds bitters
6-7 Ocean Spray® fresh cranberries as garnish
Pineapple leaf as garnish

Pistachio Ginger Orgeat Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 ginger tea bag
1 cup sugar
2 cups raw, shelled pistachios
1/4 teaspoon orange flower water
1/2 ounce vodka

To make syrup, add water and ginger tea bag to a sauce pan and heat until tea is steeped and remove tea bag.  Add sugar and continue to simmer over medium heat until sugar dissolves completely.  In a food processor, finely grind pistachios. Add pistachios to saucepan and continue to heat on low, simmering for another 3 minutes. Remove mixture from heat, cover and allow the nut mixture to infuse for at least 3 hours.  Strain through two layers of cheesecloth or fine strainer.  Stir in the orange flower water and vodka and transfer to bottle.

Place 6-7 fresh cranberries in the bottom of a highball glass. Pack glass with crushed ice.  Measure ¾ ounce of pistachio ginger orgeat syrup and add to cocktail shaker along with lime juice, cranberry pineapple juice drink and tequila. Shake and strain into glass.  Top with 3-5 dashes of peychauds bitters. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
